Refund policy

We are happy to offer free, easy returns within 21 days of order delivery. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund. Please see below for return policy exceptions. 

We unfortunately are unable to accept items that are labeled Final Sale at the time of purchase for returns or exchanges.

How do I return an item?

To return online purchases, please use our returns portal. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to process. Return restrictions may be placed on accounts that have exceeded our returns threshold. 

How does it work?

Depending on your location, you'll be able to bring your package to a store, one of our convenient partner drop-off locations, or a local carrier office.

We'll issue the refund back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

If you are returning a gift, please use the "Start a Gift Return" button at the bottom of the page.

Where can I find my order ID? Your order ID will start with "BAL" and can be found on your packing slip or order confirmation emails. Please stop at the dash. Example: BAL1234567

If your order contains a charitable donation, please scroll past this item. This does not disqualify your entire order for return. Please look at each item's individual returnability in the portal.

How do I request an exchange?

In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are no longer offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item. 

How long before I see my refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.

Are returns free?

Returns in the United States are free.

How do I return a gift?

If you are returning a gift, we are more than happy to offer store credit for the return. Please contact customer service via email, chat, or phone to make sure we have all of your information.

Can I return monogram items?

No, monogram items are final sale. In the event that the wrong monogram was embroidered on your product, please contact our customer service team.

Can I ship multiple returns back together?

No. Due to our returns process, your return will be refunded as soon as the return package is processed at our return facility. Separate orders need to be isolated in order to be credited correctly.

What if I mailed non-BAL AIDEN merchandise back to BAL AIDEN?

BAL AIDEN is not liable for any merchandise that was not purchased on our site that is returned to our facility. Please reach out to Customer Service if this takes place and we will do our best to resolve the error, however, our warehouse is not responsible for the location of these items.

Return Policy Exceptions

Return restrictions may be placed on accounts that have exceeded our returns threshold. If you have returned at least 10 units and 75% or more of your purchases in the last 365 days, your account may be subject to a modified returns policy and not eligible for returns.
