Shipping

All in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Bal Aiden ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tags attached, to qualify for a full refund. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded or returned to the sender.

To initiate a return, please email contact@balaiden.com with your order ID to request a return label.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the return is processed.

Where can I find my order ID?

Your order ID can be found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email.

Do you offer exchanges?

To process refunds as quickly as possible, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

How long before I see my refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to arrive at our facility and for your refund to be processed.

Are returns free?

Returns within the United States are free; however, a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I ship multiple orders back together?

No. Due to our returns process, each order must be returned separately to ensure it is refunded correctly.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Bal Aiden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or do not meet the return criteria.
