When will my order ship?
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Bal Aiden ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us at contact@balaiden.com as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Returned with original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Are returns free?
Returns within the United States are free; however, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email contact@balaiden.com with your order ID. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Where can I find my order ID?
Your order ID can be found in your order confirmation email or on your packing slip.

How should I care for my garments?
Care instructions may vary by item. Please refer to the care label on your garment and the product page for specific care recommendations.
